Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis - I am 69 and had cervical fusion (4 dics) 10 years ago. I do alot of biking riding - 30-40 miles 4 days a week in the summer. My neck started hurting me last May. I have had a facet block (1 mo ago with no results) trigger point injection(no results), steroid injections they did not help. Yesterday I had a transforminial steroid injection (test) which helped. Doctor has prescribed a cervical bone scan. Can t get in to see doctor for 1 month. I can t sleep. Should I go to Mayo Clinic?
