Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

I have cervical spondylosis myelopathy for the last. 7 years. I have osteophytes and disk bulging and problems with c5 to c7. I also have compression of both elbows and had an ulnar nerve procedure done approx 2 years ago which didn't work. I have numbness in my 4th and 5th fingers on awakening each morning. For the last 3 years my body is rigid but loosens out when I get moving. Over the last 2 years I have been getting bad leg pain in both legs and have bursitis. This has been injected 4 times as have my shoulders but unfortunately symptoms only ease for a short while. I am on bon viva osteo medication but no one has given me a definite diagnosis of arthritis. I feel all my problems stem from my neck issues and frequent headaches. I have been told that for now I don't need cervical surgery but have been on ixprim, lyrica and more recently ametriptyline. Can u shed some light on what is my real problem as I am so confused and frustrated at this stage. Thanking you. Sandra sillery
