Suggest Treatment For Chafing Inner Thighs

I have chubby thighs so they tend to touch alot. but today ive developed a really painful rash in the inner thigh area. i have 3 medical cremes but dont know which one to apply (reparil gel, fucidin and fucicort)
Which one should i use? please reply asap.
