Suggest Treatment For Charley Horse On The Calf Of Leg

I suffered a charley horse on the calf of my right leg while running. It is painful and hurts while walking but not when the leg is not moving. How can I make it feel better (treatment) and how long before I am able to walk (exercise) again without pain?
