Suggest Treatment For Chest And Stomach Pain Along With Low BP

My daughter has had to take my 10 year old grandson in with chest pains and he blacked out the first time, in the last 2 days. They did an ekg on him which came back abnormal enough the first visit to cause the dr great concern and cause him to refer him to a cardiologist specialist. His bp has continued to drop and this 2nd time they just sent him home with bp of 98 over 38 with chest and stomach pains. The 2nd dr prescribed pepto for the stomach and ibuprofen for the chest pain. We are very concerned for his health and safety since one of the symptoms of the condition he said it could be is possible sudden death and yet the ER seems to be doing little to follow through with his bp dropping what do you suggest at this point?
