Suggest Treatment For Chest And Upper Back Pain

I have chest and upper back (shoulder blade) pain on the left side (feels like an aching poking pain).
Went to ER two weeks ago and they said EKG is fine....two weeks later still experiencing the pain, especially when i'm sitting or relaxing...not when I'm up and about
