Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Low Grade Fever

I've been dealing with something that seems like a cold but not one I've ever felt before. It started with a tickle in the throat, which then turned into a congested cough, later that day my nose started running and then I was stuffed up. Now I'm having some pain in my cheeks, forehead, and my teeth. Also I'm dealing with a low grade fever ranging from 99 to 100 degrees.
