Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion When Having Flu

I ve had a clear congestion like you have when you first get a cold, with no other symptoms. I cough this up in small solidified amounts about every 15 minutes. I ve been living in Wichita, KS since 1980 and it happens whether I m here, in Minnesota in 5 degree weather, Arkansas, or Nebraska. It started in Mid December and I thought I was getting a cold, but haven t had that or a flu since then.
