Suggest Treatment For Chest Discomfort And Tingling Feeling In Heart

Hey I'm 25 year old white female I just had a baby 3 months ago An I'm expericing discomfort in my chest like a tingling sensation where my heart is an my heart will sometimes now skip beats an feel weird an it scares me cause I think something's wrong an I think it brings in a lot of anxiety cause I think about dieing a lot I went to have it checked an my EKG test came back normal but i been having real bad menstual periods loosing a lot blood so I just want to feel normal it's been going on for 2 weeks now an a tighness in my chest when this happens
