Suggest Treatment For Chest Infections

Hi, I have a history of sarcoidosis which has apparently left some scarring,. Currently, I m told I have cavities in my lung which is a breeding ground for infections. How can I get rid of the infections without harsh antibiotics; and what can be done to heal those cavities?
