Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain After Injuring Face And Ribs After Falling

Hi I fell 5 days ago straight on my face and down one side of body I have black eye stitches to chin and been told brused ribs also slightly chipped bone in neck I felt on but since yesterday had very bad chest pains and back chest ribs hurt when trying to lay down or lift things I take tramadol for pain but worried about this chest pain do I need to rest or see doctor . Thanks
