Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Pain In Shoulder

I am 28 years old having chest pains, they are like in the middle a little to the right and my arm and shoulder are hurting too. What should I do, I dont feel gasey and I dont have any heartburn.. Its not horriable paid, not sharp, like dull or like someone is pusing me there.
