Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

I m a 38 yr old female with morbid obestity i weigh 530 pounds i been having chest pain short of breathe so i went to er and was foaming at the mouth the er dr said my ekg and my blood work looked good no heart attack so i went to a cardiloist today he says he thinks my heart is fine but suggested a pulminary emblismn but because of my size test are difficult so i have ekco card on tuesday but he gave me nothing to thin my blood my question is did he just send me home to die or will i live to go to dr tuesday to get this test done??
