Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Tightness Of Muscle Towards Neck

I am having chest pain, left side a little below my collar bone. At first it felt like a tight muscle in my back then it seemed to go up my neck, now it has stayed in my chest. It hurts more if I m not sitting straight up. Should I go to the emergency room?
