Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain With Heart Burn
BACKGROUND:
1) 49 yr old female. 5' 3"
2) Had gastric bypass 4 yrs ago.
3) Have had Lupus for 6 years. Was mostly in remission but very active last 6 mos. Being treated with meds.
4) Hospitalized for Anemia in 1/2010.
5) Went to ER last w/e and diagnosed with severe Bacterial infection (WBC was 20,000). 6) Have low blood pressure but often fast pulse.
7) Have ADHD and take 15mg Adderall per day.
SYMPTOMS I AM WORRIED ABOUT:
Something has happened 4 or 5 times in past 1.5 years. The symptoms start with extreme heartburn -- it is VERY painful in my chest. Then my back teeth begin to throb and ache badly (left worse than right). Sometimes i get a sharp stabbing pain beneath (deeper than) my left breast too. Is this an ulcer? Heart attack?
