Suggest Treatment For Chesty Cough, Heart Palpitations And Dizziness In A Diabetic

Hi for the last 4 weeks iv had a very bad chesty cough,it's starting to get better but now I'm dizzy when I move it feels like my body follows. I'm also feeling episode's of a fast heart beat ,like my chest is going to explode. I'm type 1 diabetic on 4 injections a day and feeling very weak but cannot sleep. Any advice would be grateful thanks.
