Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Fever And Appetite Loss

My son is a 3/2 years old.. the fever occured around 2-4 in the early morning and has normal activity through out the day.. exept he doesnt eat that much unlike before.. he is acidic his Dr. Administer antacid every meal but still he dindnt eat like before.. i didnt give him any medicine for fever couse its not that high ( 37.5c° ) and it occures only at eary in the morning.. i only sponge my son..
