Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Minimal Change Disease

what would be the best treatment for my son who has minuim change disease ? age 2 birhtday 2-18-08 he is a fernal twin. twin is fine. currently taking prednisolone 15mg/5ml taking 5ml t/d and randnitdine 15mg/ml (75mg/5ml) talking 2 ml t/d and penicillin 250mg/5ml taking 2.5 t/d what would be the best treatment for him and how would i keep this from happend again?
