Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Stomach Pain And Coughing

My son is three and half and has been complaining of tummy hurting since last 12 hours. He has had a running nose since last 3 or so days. Through the night he has occasionally been coughing (chesty cough) and been making wheasy sounds throughout and whilst his tummy appeared to be pulling in whilst breathing. He was given his immunisation injections 2 weeks ago (diphtheria, mmr, polio etc). What can you suggest?
