Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Vomiting And Coughing

My boy is 2 years having lot of cough.initially he has fever little fever.pediatrician advised him ascoril syrup 3 times 5ml and cetrizine 2 times 3 ml .after that also he didn t get relief from cough.he startscouhing and then vomits whatever he eats. Kindly suggest me what to do?
