Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Vomiting And Tiredness

Hi, my 18 month daughter vomited a few times in the early hours of this morning. She s had plenty of fluids and hasn t vomited since 8am. She s had some plain pasta and dry biscuits, her tummy is very noisy and she s very tired. There s no diarrhea or fever or a rash. Is there anything more I can do for her?
