Suggest Treatment For Choking Sensation In Throat And Dizziness

Hi!I am Ash 19 years old female.For the past few days I've been unable to sleep at night and also at times I feel dizzy and feel emotionally detached from my environment.I am anemic(hemoglobin=10mg/dl).I also feeling a choking sensation in my throat although I had thyroid function tests done and they came out fine.I am really worried and can't concentrate.Please help me.
