Suggest Treatment For Choking Sensation

am having a terrific sudden pain on the right side of my lattice...its as if someone had tied my nerves and nailing me.its little choking and hard for me to even talk... can u suugest me whome to check with and is is a neuro problem or should i go and check with a general physician?
