Suggest Treatment For Chronic Bronchitis And COPD

I have been told I have copd I was put on Spiriva. I cannot tell a difference being on the spiriva and when I stick my finger in the meter it pops in anywhere from 94 to 98 with or with out spiriva.I dont like what they are saying that the medince side effects are. What kind of Doctor should I be seeing. I have not had a lung exray for 20 years. I have been using a Roy Rife machine. all I had was the one exray and given copd diagnoiss. but I know I had chronic bronchita. I was a smoker for many years but quite 20 years ago.
