Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cough

I've had a cough for about four weeks now. last week I got over strep throat but now my cough is getting worse & my diaphragm is sore because of it. I've had a fever for the past 3 nights also. I've been taking antibiotics & cough medicine but it doesn't seem to be helping
