Suggest Treatment For Chronic Dry And Inflamed Skin

I am 47 years male. Hight 165 cms. weight 76kgs. I am a High BP patient. I am suffering from cronic dry and harden skin problems only at foot joints, knees, elbows, back side of palm on finger joints. Itching, peeling of skin, after peeling red and burning skin. This problem is since last eight years. Kindly advice.
