Suggest Treatment For Chronic Ear Infection

Hi, I have had problems with chronic ear infections which have led to 4operations cause it turned into mastoiditis, cholesteoma and more.
Can't get into the dr for ages and my mastiod bone is red, swollen and very sore. So are some of my surgical scars. Can you please tell me what this is? I'm worried as I've near died twice from this disease in my head.
