Suggest Treatment For Chronic Epididymitis

I have epididymitis chronic i think
Nothing helps and doctors don't know any
Answers, tests don't show anything wrong
I think i got bacteria and it's very sensitive
To foods and drinks. Garlic was helping a lot,
But then its suddenly stoped. Now I'm taking
Flax seed oil and it did wonders at start, but
Now its seem to be weakened. Please help
Any info would be helpful. Thanks

To fight it.
