Suggest Treatment For Chronic Gastritis

I’m a chronic gastritis patient. Taking esomeprozole 40 mg daily for over 10 Years. From recent past my stomach producing lots of gas. And some food are not digesting (like green vegetables) before and after having food there are lots of noises in the stomach can you please give me some advice.
