Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache Radiating To Temples And Bridge Of Nose

i have chronic head pain from the centre of my head to my temples and down to the bridge of my nose, feels like this half of my head is top heavy. The only relief i get is when im laying down. In the mornings im dizzy and feel im not with it. Ive tried most prescription drugs but nothing is working, im at my witsend.
