Suggest Treatment For Chronic Hives

I ve had chronic hives for about 10 years. I had Ovarian cancer in 2000 and had a splenectomy in 2005 due to the cancer. I take over the counter allergy pills an they help abit but give me dry mouth . I can control it some in the winter by turning the heat off at night. I suffer in the summer, mostly at night.
