Suggest Treatment For Chronic Knee Pain Caused Due To Meniscus Tears

Yes. I suffer from chronic knee pain from several meniscus tears which have been removed leaving the knee unbalanced thus the pain. I don't want surgery again as the only option left is a replacement. I've tried anti inflammatory drugs and over the county pain meds but they don't help. What are my options for relief of the daily pain.
