Suggest Treatment For Chronic Leg Pain With Veins Popping Out

hello... I went to see my doctor today about chronic leg pain with my veins popping out. She set up an appointment to see a vein specialist. However, the appointment is scheduled for August 3rd. I am aggravated and find it difficult to sleep. What can I do in the meantime for some relief?
