Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lesions On Lower Limbs

Hi Doc,
I have a querie about a person I know who's had this chronic lesion that are not ulcer-like but pustular on both the lower limbs and it has been breaking and oozing out clear fluid and at times, brown gunky stuff. He has been improving on natural therapies but would love to know if there's anything else, medically that he could do. Just for your info also, he is not diabetic but is over-weight.
