Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nausea

Yes, my husband has constant nausea even with Zofran and Phenergan. Has a recent colonoscopy with no actual definitive diagonosis. Generally feels terrible, skin palor is pale, no one thing makes him sick ,but it seems like he is more commonly nauseated no matter what?
