Suggest Treatment For Chronic Neck Pain

So i have chronic neck pain at the brain stem. so to releave some of the pain i try tp rub and turn my head when i do this a loud cracking and popping happens which also causes me to burp out of no where. i always have what i would call larangitis and it feels like something stuck in my throat. Any insight would be great. thanks
