Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In A Person With Brain Tumor And Crohn's Disease

My husband has Crohn s Disease (17 bowel resections) two brain tumors (first one size of softball, second size of silver dollar) both frontal lobe right and left. He is in pain daily, however, he uses 200mil every 4 hours IV Some say detox I think this is not the answer I believe pain management with rotation of pain med would be better. your thoughts?
