Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In Hips And Joints

I have had to lower back surgeries 1 in 1998 with donar bone & ray cages & 1 in 2006 with screws, wires & artifical disc. I was diognosed with spondellitheisis & severe degenerative disc disease. I also now have a herniated disc in my neck. I have chronic pain, siatica. I have been complaining to my dr. that my hips feel like somtheing is in the joints eating on them he thinks I'm crazy. I also just resently have been having severe pain on my inner rt grion. He just keeps telling me I have strong enough meds. I want to know what is going on & get it fixed. My other problems are bad enough with out more chronic pain.
