Suggest Treatment For Chronic Penile Discharge

I am suffering from a chronic penile discharge and I'm 21 years old. I went to the clinic yesterday and the Nurse gave me Doxytet pills to use them. From my own knowledge I thought its STI but she told me STI's are not being tested for,so I wonder if I will be fine or not?
