Suggest Treatment For Chronic Urticaria

Hi I have chronic utercaria I have seen a skin specialist and have tried anti histimines and steroids but it keeps on coming back especially when I have my periods. I have see an allergy specialist and he says as I suffered from hperactive thyroid it is to do with that and it is autoimmune thyroid Please can you advise me?
