Suggest Treatment For Circular Hand-sized Bruise On Inner Thigh

I have a circular hand-sized bruise on my inner thigh. Its a very dark red middle and purple/blue/green on the outside. Its extremely sore and hurts to walk or move the skin around and near it.

Just wondering if its anything I should worry about or just continue icing it 20mins on 20mins off. Thanks! Much appreciated.
