Suggest Treatment For Cirrhosis On Penis

I was recently checked for stds at a planned parenthood facility and was told I don't have an std but cirrhosis possibly on my penis. Is this possible? I am 24 and consume 2-4 beers daily. 6'3" and one hundred seventy pounds. What can I do to clear up the skin and remedy my situation?
