Suggest Treatment For Clicking Sounds In Knee While Walking

I ve had a pro lapse disc in my back for a year and half but been to the physio and the the last 6 moths my back has been back to normal but since I've had a problem with my right hip.and the past 2 months my left knee clicks when I move my leg through the night
