Suggest Treatment For Clogged Ears With Ringing Sensation

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi I am going to be 23 years old, and I have been having some problems with my right ear. About a month ago both of my ear became clogged but they both cured. Now my right seems to be clogged but different from the first time both ears were clogged. I hear a constant ringing and when watching tv or listening to the radio it sounds like wind is blowing in my ear. Like the sound of wind going through a small crack , kind of a high pitch noise. Sorry if I am confusing but I am very worried please help
