Suggest Treatment For Clogged Ears

clogged ears 24/7 ran into brick wall when I was kid never went to the hospital,is it possible something could have created,btw I looked like elephant man,nevertheless the past few years I was prescribed rincort aqua it wouls stop the clogging in my ears after awhile it stopped working,couple years tried nasonex started to work for a week,then nothing.i ve just learned to deal with it
