Suggest Treatment For Closed Vaginal Area Caused Due To Radiation Therapy

ok my sister had cervical cancer and she had to have internal and external radiation and chemo . but,now her vaginal area has closed up from the radiation . so, what should she do from here ? what dr s ? or is there anything she can do ? please help
