Suggest Treatment For Clot In Left Elbow

Hello Dr. I want to ask about tennis elbow. my orthopaedic Dr. Has detected a clot in my right elbow . He said he will inject some kind of medicine directly in to bone, and also he will check the size of blood clot with the help of syringe.and will increase the dose of medicine according to the size of clot. Please tell me , what all medicine are used in this kind of treatment procedures.and can it be treated permanently?- Thank you
