Suggest Treatment For Cloudy Floater Sin The Eye

I saw the eye doctor yesterday and she said I had onset of Virteous humou floaters. she said in time they may get worse or better. I have noticed more cloudy spotty floaters and allot more flasjes. my eye also seems wet like. what does thaat mean?
