Suggest Treatment For Cluster Head Ache

Hi. My husband had the diagnosis of cluster headache and others and nothing seems to relieve the pain, even oxigen. He has a problematic sinus too, he cannot work, 38y old, we are brazilians and don´t know what to do... How can I find a reserch center with the newest thing about pain in the world?
