Suggest Treatment For Cluster Headache

My husband aged 49 years suffers from cluster headaches since last 10 years. The attacks have multiplied many folds since last 10 days becoming worse at nights. simple pain killers do not affect at all. the attacks are lasting at night for more than an hour of shooting pain. Please suggest some cure.
